Francesca Butler
BCBA, UKBA (cert)
I'm Francesca Butler, a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and UKBA (cert) who believes that with the right support, everyone can grow and thrive. Just like strong roots help a tree stand tall, I work alongside families and services to understand the foundations beneath behaviour. Together, we’ll gently untangle challenges, strengthen what’s already working, and nurture lasting, positive change. My approach is person-centred, practical, and designed to help each person flourish in their own unique way.

Assessment
Every behaviour has a story. Through careful, evidence-based assessment, I work to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface - whether I’m supporting an individual or looking at how a service runs. By identifying the root causes of challenges, we can clear the path for positive change and lasting growth.

Intervention
Once we understand what’s beneath the behaviour, we can put the right support in place. Interventions are like planting seeds - they’re practical strategies designed to help individuals and services grow in the right direction. Using proven approaches, I focus on reducing challenges and creating lasting, positive change, so people and services can truly flourish.

Training
Training provides the knowledge and skills needed to nurture positive change and sustain growth. Through engaging, evidence-based learning, individuals and teams are empowered to cultivate best practices and create environments where people and services can truly thrive.

"We’ve had support before, but nothing like this. The advice actually made sense for our family, and we felt understood the whole way through. Our son is calmer, and we’ve learned how to respond in a way that works for him instead of everything feeling like a battle. It’s made a huge difference at home, and even school have noticed the change.”

"The trainer was knowledgeable, warm, and responsive to our team's needs. After the training sessions, staff felt energised and inspired by the Positive Behaviour Support approach. We’ve since began adapting our language and practices across the service to embed PBS more meaningfully into our culture."

Lasting change starts with the right support, patience, and understanding.
My approach is all about creating the right conditions for growth - helping ideas flourish, skills develop, and positive change take root.
